Study Trip Germany: Can Digitalisation, AI & Robotics Avert Staff Shortage?

The German-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Norway Health Tech, Norwegian Smart Care Cluster, Medical Valley and Invest in Bavaria, is organizing a study trip to Munich and Erlangen, Germany – two digital-health-hotspots!

Norway and Germany are closely linked partners in the field of health technology. Both countries face similar challenges, such as a shortage of qualified professionals. Germany established itself as an important import country for Norway in the field of MedTech. At the same time, Norway has made itself a name as a pioneer in digitalization and launched an export initiative for its health industry.

This is why we offer a study trip to Germany for Norwegian professionals in the health care sector. On this trip, we will visit innovative hospitals and companies that are using digitalisation, AI and robotics to counteract the challenges posed by the shortage of specialists. The Norwegian participants will also have the opportunity to present their solutions and discuss their challenges. A conference will focus on the exchange of ideas on how both countries can better master these challenges. Expand your network and find new opportunities.

The study trip will bring us to the cities of Munich and Erlangen – where you will find the largest network for the health sector in Germany and Europe.
