USA Resource Group: Innovating with Mayo Clinic: Insights and Opportunities for Norwegian Companies

The Destination Medical Center (DMC) is a large public-private initiative in Rochester, Minnesota, focused on transforming the city into a global hub for health care innovation, research, and wellness. Launched in 2013, DMC is a 20-year development plan driven by the presence of the Mayo Clinic, one of the world’s top medical institutions.

The Mayo Clinic is a world-renowned nonprofit medical center based in Rochester, Minnesota, known for its cutting-edge research, exceptional patient care, and pioneering treatments. Founded in 1864, Mayo Clinic has grown into one of the leading medical institutions globally, attracting patients from around the world seeking specialized care.

Mayo Clinic operates major campuses in Rochester, Arizona, and Florida, and is particularly recognized for its integrated, patient-centered approach, where multidisciplinary teams of doctors collaborate on complex cases. As a leader in medical education and research, Mayo Clinic consistently ranks among the top U.S. hospitals in specialties such as oncology, cardiology, and neurology.

About Export Resource Groups
