Vitalis 2023 - Norsk paviljong med Team Norway

Vitalis tilbyr en unik helhet med et sterkt konferanseprogram kombinert med en stor utstilling med ledende aktører av løsninger og tjenester innen digital helse og velferdsteknologi. Her møtes representanter fra kommune, regioner, private helsetilbydere, myndigheter, akademia og industri for kompetanseheving, erfaringsutveksling og inspirasjon. PÅMELDING

Team Norway, Norwegian Smart Care Cluster, Norway Health Tech, Innovasjon Norge og Norges Ambassade i Sverige, tilbyr norske bedrifter standplass på en felles norsk paviljong under årets Vitalis. Paviljongen organiseres som en "åpen stand" med et mingleområde i midten, hvor du kommer til "ferdig dekket bord", med logoprofilert plass og en paviljong med innbydende design og god plassering i utstillingsområdet.

• Standpakke 1: Egen dedikert plass på paviljongen, NOK 18 500,- (inkl. mva)
  • Du får en egen disk på stand med din selskapslogo profilert i front av disken. Du har mulighet til å ta med nettbrett / pc, brosjyrer, mindre giveaways, og mindre devicer.

• Standpakke 2 (kun på forespørsel og med forbehold om flere deltakere): Delt plass med én annen bedrift, NOK 13 500,- (inkl. mva)
  • To bedrifter deler en disk, og begge selskapslogoene profileres i front av disken. Mulighet til å ha med nettbrett / pc, brosjyre og mindre giveaways.

Inkludert i standpakken er det også:

• Tilgang til møterom som kan bookes til private møter. Fordeling av tidspunkt koordineres av Team Norway
• Invitasjon og prioritert plass til å delta på konkrete aktiviteter som Team Norway arrangerer i forbindelse med Vitalis. Avhengig av aktivitet vil det være gratis eller til kostpris.

Vitalis is the largest eHealth event in Scandinavia, yearly attracting attendees with the shared aim of building their knowledge and improving tomorrow’s health care. Here, representatives from the municipality, regions, private health providers, authorities, academia and industry meet for skills development, exchange of experience and inspiration. Team Norway, Norwegian Smart Care Cluster, Norway Health Tech, Innovation Norway and The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Stockholm, offers Norwegian companies a stand at a joint Norwegian pavilion during this year's Vitalis. The pavilion is organized as an "open stand" with a mingling area in the middle, and you can either choose between a shared space or your own dedicated space at the pavillion. In both cases, you will arrive to a ready set-up space with your logo on it, a pavilion with an inviting design and a good location in the exhibition area.

• Stand package 1: Shared space with one other company, NOK 13,500 (incl. VAT)
  • Two companies share a counter, and both company logos are profiled in front of the counter. Option to bring a tablet / PC, brochure and smaller giveaways.
• Stand package 2: Own dedicated space in the pavilion, NOK 18,500 (incl. VAT)
  • You get a separate counter on the stand with your company logo profiled in front of the counter. You have the opportunity to bring a tablet / PC, brochures, smaller giveaways and smaller devices.

Also included in the stand package are:

• Access to meeting rooms that can be booked for private meetings. Distribution of times is coordinated by Team Norway
• Invitation and priority place to participate in specific activities organized by Team Norway in connection with Vitalis. Depending on the activity, it will be free or at small cost.
