Marit B. Hagland

Manager Norwegian Smart Care Lab

Marit has a background as an engineer in mechatronics and a master's degree in product development. In addition, she has an extension in marketing management and internationalization. Marit previously worked at Validé as an incubator manager with all possible startups, but has the most experience in health technology. She has led the health initiative in both small and large companies. Now she has landed in her right element, and gets to help the companies in the test and innovation phase. Marit is the leader of our test lab - Norwegian Smart Care Lab.
