The Melanoma Association was founded in 2015, and is an association for people who have or have had melanoma (mole cancer), their relatives and other interested parties.
We work primarily to support the individual patient and relatives through information, guidance and exchange of experience with others in the same situation.
Preventive work with solar campaigns and dissemination of knowledge is also one of our main priorities. Our goal is to spread knowledge about melanoma (mole cancer) and how the cancer can be prevented. We prioritize prevention, treatment and research. We work to help the individual patient experience greater security in the course of treatment. We are in contact with and gain experience from similar international organizations.
The Melanoma Association wants to be a political driving force that speaks to the needs of melanoma victims.
