ForHelse's goal is that by 2025 the use of digital psychological interventions will have increased to 15% and by 2030 to 20%.

The Research Center for Digital Mental Health Services is a Center for Research-Driven Innovation led by Helse Bergen. The center is run with support from the Research Council of Norway via the SFI program, and has 14 highly competent and ambitious research, business and health service partners. The center will work to develop, further develop and disseminate digital health services.

In order to achieve the goal of increasing access to mental health services through the use of digital technology, ForHelse will gain knowledge through research on:

1) The effect of digital mental health services for patients

2) The cost-effectiveness of different organizational models for digital mental health services

3) Decision support for the introduction of digital mental health services

4) Effective implementation strategies for digital mental health services
